I am happy for you to return items that do not meet your expectations, if returned to me in perfect condition. I would suggest that you use some form of delivery service that requires a signature. Once I have received the item(s) (in the condition in which they were sent) I can either offer you an alternative artwork or a full refund of the value (excluding packing and shipping). I would request that you return the item(s) to me within 14 working days of receipt.
I aim to dispatch orders within 3-4 working days of receipt although some orders may take longer. All items are sent via Royal Mail unless an alternative is requested via contacting me (hello@adambridgland.co.uk). If you are purchasing a gift and need delivery by a specific date, please contact me first.
If you would like to cancel your order before it has shipped, please contact me (hello@adambridgland.co.uk) so that I can cancel the order on my system before authorising your payment. If your item(s) have already shipped I will be happy to exchange or refund within 14 working days.
